Overview

Agri-Trak was building real technology for agriculture traceability — but their story wasn't landing with investors.

The product addressed a genuine gap in the agriculture ecosystem: improving traceability, data visibility, and operational efficiency across stakeholders. But without a brand that clearly communicated the problem, product, and market opportunity, fundraising conversations were stalling.

We rebuilt the narrative and the identity from the ground up — making the business as credible on paper as it was in product.
