The challenge was systemic: a large, distributed retail association needed a loyalty ecosystem that worked for customers, store clerks, and administrators simultaneously. With no existing digital layer, the design had to define the entire experience from scratch.
We ran a focused 6-week sprint to define end-to-end loyalty journeys across all three user roles and deliver a fully clickable, stakeholder-aligned prototype ready for engineering handoff.
Mapped loyalty flows across customer, clerk, and admin roles — defining the full ecosystem before a single line of code was written.
Built a receipt-scanning-first experience with OCR feedback, redemption flows, and admin console workflows at the core.
Delivered a complete, validated prototype with aligned stakeholders and clear acceptance criteria — ready for engineering execution.
