Overview

Twendi was pre-MVP with global ambitions — and needed to validate direction before spending to build the wrong thing.

Covering 10+ sports and 20+ countries, the platform had scale in its vision but needed clarity on its core product. The risk was real: building toward the wrong model would burn time, money, and investor confidence.
